The early years of a child’s development are of the upmost importance.  Both physically and mentally significant changes are occurring as they participate in their first crucial interactions with the world around them. Providing a well balanced environment which nutures and encourages children to actively engage with their new experiences gives children a positive start to their relationship with the world and contributes to a positive association with lifelong learning.

At the Queensland Kindergarten we recognise how significant high-quality early childhood education programs can be in children’s lives, and pride ourselves on understanding the developmental needs of children. Our classes, games, investigation activities and routines all focus on the particular requirements of the age group concerned, while allowing flexibility for the individual child’s differences in development.  This, together with a closely followed monitoring and assessing procedure, allows us to ensure each child is getting the attention and care they require to develop to the best of their potential.
